In order to achieve the vision of "equipping the saints," E412 is involved in a variety of activities in the US and abroad, including:
- Leading training conferences for parishes and dioceses on evangelism and Christian discipleship, both domestically and in cross-cultural settings.
- Leading, organizing and participating in short-term mission trips to serve and teach Biblical principles of evangelism, discipleship and the Person and works of the Holy Spirit.
- Training others to lead short-term mission trips.
- Reconciling and restoring relations among married couples, families or social groups.
- Assisting Christian missionaries on long-term assignments through aide in fund raising, dissemination of reports of their activities and support needs and regular communication, prayer and personal visits.
- Serving as a catalyst to help other Anglican organizations work synergistically through involvement on various boards and providing volunteer support to build up the Kingdom of God.
Four weeks training at the MacNutts' Christian Healing Ministries school, short-term mission leadership training by SOMA and Gateway Mission Training and seminary courses at the Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge, PA have further prepared us for this ministry. Our number one teacher is of course the great advocate, counselor and comforter, the Holy Spirit Himself.
